Huber was honored for his work in creating a Web site for the Health Trust; Austin for contributions he has made through the Morris County Striders and the 'Run for Life' fundraiser. The Health Trust is a partnership between Saint Clare's Hospital and about 200 community leaders who are working together to improve the health of Morris and Sussex county residents.

Community Health Trust Action Teams

The Community Health Trust Action Teams are composed of community members from business, industry, religion, government, healthcare, and human services. The Action Teams were formed as a result of an elaborate needs assessment that identified major health issues in Morris and Sussex counties. The action teams plan and implement activities directed at improving the health and well being of our communities. There are five Action Teams: Cancer, Heart Disease and Stroke, Tobacco, Teen and Youth, and Substance Abuse.
